I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of clinical experience, who is dedicated to helping you find emotional balance and take control your life. I recognize that people learn and process in various ways. You and I will work as a team to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Therapy can be a challenging process that is worth every ounce of vulnerability and courage you put into it. My goal is to help you translate your change and growth from the therapy room out into the rest of your life.I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Arizona in 2004 and my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2007.

I am relaxed and informal, and completely present with you. I strive to make your therapy a place you want to come to. A therapeutic space is a comfortable one, where you can feel free to be yourself. We collaborate on your therapy, so that we are equal participants in that process. I believe in transparency in your treatment, so that you always understand what we are doing, and can take pride and ownership over your work.
I received my master’s degree in clinical counseling from Eastern University and continued post-Master’s work at Chestnut Hill College. I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, elementary school, and private small group practices.
